It is really hard to find people today without a mobile phone. While moving around the globe, the only means where people try to communicate with their dear and near relatives, friends, collogues and so on is through the usage of mobile phones.
Now, you may be thinking, do all mobile phones have a warranty? Absolutely Not! There are actually some scams that some people have to be aware of before signing up for a cell phone contract. You’ll have to learn from my mistake with my lesson as noted below:
Many dealers are popping up in many areas across worldwide to convince people to sell their product. Now this has become a big market for unauthorized dealers to motivate others to sell unauthorized mobile phones. Just two days ago, my friend has bought a new mobile phone promising him that mobile will be replaced with a new one if any problem arises. This particular mobile company even had given a warranty paper for the dealer reference.
It is really pathetic to say that, he wasn’t able to type message in this new phone as the keypad was not functioning properly. After his return from office, he approached the dealer and informed him the quality of phone that he had bought from him. The dealer smiled and said, this is business! Jack was shocked hearing this! Despite resolving the issue, the dealer asked jack many questions like, had he soaked his phone in water instead of using it in a proper way? Etc. Jack had no options in front of him than to be silent.
At last, the dealer had said to him to come tomorrow to communicate this problem with the authorized people of this mobile company. On his next visit, he found the shop closed. During the weekend, he came to know this shop is no more and they had shifted their shop to an unknown place. What a pathetic situation. Isn’t it? So keep in mind, if you need to have any phone, do approach authorized mobile companies like Samsung, nokia etc rather than dealing with unknown dealers around you. Think, plan and do intelligently.
